Sea Delight & Oceanaire Seafood Room Rock 2015 South Beach Wine & Food Festival

Sea Delight proudly partnered with renowned Chef Kareem Anguin of Oceanaire Seafood Room at the 2015 South Beach Wine & Food Festival.

Starting with Sea Delight’s donation of 400 lbs of our responsibly sourced Mahi Mahi, Chef Anguin created his mouth watering Caribbean influenced Jerk Mahi with Citrus Sweet Potato and Pineapple Chutney.

The crowds went wild for the bold flavors of our Mahi and learned how important sustainable seafood is to our future.
